My name is Luke Canham, and I’m a creator, a proud father of 3, and business owner. With over 30 years of experience managing hundreds of staff across various locations and countries in high-risk industries, I’ve learned countless lessons and overcome many challenges.

During my career, I came to realise that all businesses are essentially training businesses, whether they recognise it or not.
