Please note the following sub-conditions for the program:
- The program’s commencement date is subject to availability, as bookings are made regularly. The program will strictly run for the stated duration from the commencement date. If the program is not used within the set time, it cannot be refunded or used at a later date. Any requests for an extension of time must be made in writing and accepted by XME to cancel or postpone the program.
- XME provides services to a limited number of clients at any given time, so bookings are essential. If the client cancels the program, XME does not refund the deposit due to loss of scheduled and allocated resources, research, and planning that may have already commenced.
- Remote support will be provided via Zoom or other remote communication methods, but face-to-face support may be arranged at an additional cost.
- “Done with you” means remote training and education on relevant tasks within the allocated program time period.
- A “Video” refers to a final length of 3.5 minutes or less and must be submitted via the XME platform with clear editing instructions. The value of each video is capped at $520 + GST based on the XME standard pricing structure. Any videos requiring complex or third-party support, such as WHS consulting, may be subject to additional charges.
- Upon expiry of the program, the client will automatically enter into a standard 12-month plan suitable for the account requirement or business size. Please refer to the Subscription Pricing document for more information about standard plan pricing.
